Third Party Monitoring

Your eyes and ears on the ground

Axiom ME is a pioneer of TPM in hard-to-reach areas. We started large-scale TPM with UN OCHA in Somalia in 2013 and progressively expanded to cover large portfolios for DANIDA, EU, UNICEF, AICS, UNHCR and OCHA in Somalia and Yemen. As of now, Axiom ME has conducted over 250 projects reviewed for TPM with an overall portfolio value above 1 billion USD.

Methodology
  • Field observations supported by geo-referenced photos and videos
  • Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) with community members and project stakeholders
  • Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) for qualitative depth
  • Call center operations for remote verification in inaccessible areas
  • Household surveys using ODK/Kobo digital data collection
  • Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) for cash and voucher assistance
  • Interactive mapping dashboards for real-time client access
  • Value for Money (VFM) analysis including procurement review
